Regional

The regional mandate, in support of the national mandate, is to assist street youth and at-risk youth (aged 16 - 25) through services and programs that are offered at our Youth Alternative Centre (YAC). We educate the community about the realities and needs of street youth and at-risk youth, with the purpose of prevention and increased understanding of the issues.

Our staff is here to empower street youth. These youth possess the courage and resilience that allow them to live in the harsh reality of street life. We hope to provide them with the resources to improve their quality of life.
