Welcome to Operation Come Home

Operation Come Home prevents homeless youth from becoming homeless adults. Operation Come Home accomplishes this mission by providing homeless youth ages 16-30 (age varies based on program) with a variety of unique programs and services. Operation Come Home provides programs and services to more than 350+ youth per year, all of whom gain access to OCH with the hope of becoming contributing members of their communities.

Operation Come Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting street youth. Operation Come Home remains the sole organization in Canada that reunites youth with their families or legal guardian. Today, Operation Come Home offers six pillars of programs and services: Drop-In / Resource Centre, Education, Employment, Outreach, Reunite and Housing.

Rogers is proud to support Operation Come Home and their commitment to providing youth with the educational resources they need to learn, grow and shine in the classroom and beyond.
